The HPRM team blends long-term healthcare experience, strong financial and operational backgrounds, and a shared commitment to patient-centered, compliant billing.

Erika (Founder, Wound Care Specialist)

With more than 20 years of experience in the medical industry and a degree in Business Management focused on Healthcare Management, Erika brings a deep understanding of healthcare operations and billing. She is passionate about compliance and transparent billing, helping patients secure coverage for services that support their wellness, from chiropractic care and therapy to wound care and more. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting, volunteering at her daughter’s school and visiting Disney with her family and their corgi.

Laurie (COO & Operational Expert)

Laurie has worked in the healthcare industry since 1999, bringing experience from roles including front office coordinator, billing manager, and operations manager—following more than a decade in the hospitality field. Over the years, she has developed expertise in billing, practice management, and consulting, and now partners with clinic owners and teams to help them navigate reimbursement challenges with clarity and confidence. A Chicago-area native and proud mother of two daughters, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family and supporting causes close to her heart, including Parkinson’s and cancer research.

Beth (Insurance Support)

Beth has been part of the medical industry since 2021, when she and her family explored franchise opportunities in healthcare. With degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Michigan State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Loyola University Chicago, she brings strong analytical skills and a passion for supporting both clinics and patients. She enjoys helping clinics run smoothly while ensuring patients better understand their insurance and benefits, and is especially interested in expanding her expertise in credentialing. Outside of work, Beth enjoys cooking and meal planning for her family with her husband, Greg, and their three daughters.

Jessica (Billing Specialist)

Jessica joined the medical industry after nearly 20 years in the retail field, seeking a role with more flexibility and purpose. She finds fulfillment in helping patients maximize their benefits and supporting clients so they can focus on patient care. Committed to continual learning, she is expanding her knowledge of billing, procedures and diagnoses to increase her effectiveness. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys time at the beach, board games and being with family and friends. Her proudest accomplishments are her marriage, her teenage son and building a faith-centered home.

Sarah (Revenue Cycle Manager)

Sarah has a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and over 14 years of experience in the medical industry, creating a strong foundation in revenue cycle management. She helps clients streamline operations and develop efficient, compliant billing practices designed to reduce denied claims, optimize cash flow and provide patients with a positive financial experience. She is also interested in how AI can be securely used in healthcare. With two daughters grown and on their own, Sarah and her husband enjoy an active life with their rescue dog, Gertie Mae, along with hiking, kayaking, tennis and time with family and friends.

Courtnie (Billing & Appeals Specialist)

Court brings 11 years of medical industry experience and a Bachelor of Science degree, along with specialized training in medical billing and coding. Starting as an administrative assistant in a chiropractic clinic, they developed a passion for helping patients receive accurate coverage for their care and have a particular interest in mental health billing. Outside of work, Court enjoys crafting, puzzles, scary movies and attending horror conventions and concerts. At home, they share life with their cat, Thackery Binx, and are passionate about both animal welfare and mental health advocacy.
